Kevin Groves

Kevin Groves serves as the Director of Value Innovation & Strategy at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since May 2024. Prior to this role, Kevin held various leadership positions at Cigna International from November 2018 to May 2024, including Head of Underwriting for Europe & Global Segments and Head of Underwriting for EMEA. Kevin's experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Underwriting at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and occupying several underwriting roles at Aetna from June 2007 to January 2017, focusing on international customers and system enhancements. Kevin Groves earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design/Tech from the University of Connecticut, completing studies between 2002 and 2007.
