Kristal Cloutier, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Financial Reporting at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since January 2019, Kristal has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering relationships, knowledge-sharing, and creating a psychologically safe environment for colleagues. Previously, Kristal held the position of Controller/HR Manager at Collegedale Credit Union, where a passion for customer advocacy and system improvement was established. Experience also includes roles at Adventist Health System as a Staff Auditor, where significant contributions to financial statement preparation and internal audits were made, as well as a progression of positions within the credit union sector.
