Nick Laughlin

Nick Laughlin, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and process improvement, notably serving as the Director of Process Improvement & Intelligent Automation at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since April 2016. Prior to this role, Nick held various positions within the company, including Finance Technology Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Nick’s career also includes experience at Premise Health as a Financial System Analyst and Senior Accountant, where the company specializes in onsite health centers for large employers. Earlier roles include Associate Manager at Regal Entertainment Group and internships in accounting and finance at W Squared and Northwestern Mutual, respectively. Educational achievements include an MBA from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a BBA in Accounting from Belmont University.
