Rhonda Underwood, MBA, CPC, CRC, is an experienced professional in healthcare management and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since March 2019, Rhonda has held various roles including Operations Supervisor and Risk Adjustment Medical Record Coder within the same organization.
