Kelsey Tsai

Kelsey Tsai, CFA, currently serves as Vice President at Sandbox Healthcare, a position held since April 2020, where responsibilities include investing in transformative technologies in healthcare, sustainability, and financial services, as well as providing innovation consulting. In conjunction with this role, Kelsey is also a Vice President at The Blue Venture Fund, which facilitates investments in emerging companies relevant to Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations. Prior experience includes roles at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Summer Associate, ARCH Venture Partners as an MBA Associate, and various positions at Morningstar, including Equity Analyst for Biotechnology. Kelsey holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University.
