Ruslan Halilov, currently the Co-Founder of Bluedot, has a background in the tech industry. Prior to their current role, Ruslan was an Advisor and Co-Founder at Placesetters and held positions at companies such as N26 and Codility. Ruslan also has experience as an Associate Product Manager at NOOSPHERE. With a postgraduate degree in Business Informatics from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology and a Masters in Civil Engineering from Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Ruslan brings a diverse skill set to their work in building a more inclusive tech society with 2hearts.
