Meg Sulpher has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Meg began their career in 2008 as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Ottawa, where they conducted qualitative research and facilitated writing workshops for students. In 2009, Meg joined SMT Learning as a Lead Instructional Designer, managing a team and overseeing the design phase of a multi-year eLearning project for a client in the oil and gas industry. Meg later became the Project Team Lead, responsible for the successful completion of a half-million dollar eLearning project.

In 2011, Meg joined Bluedrop Performance Learning as an Instructional Designer, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop eLearning courses and training resources. Meg remained with the company until 2014 before transitioning to Digital Opportunity Trust as an Instructional Designer and Training Facilitator. At DOT, they contributed to free technology, entrepreneurship, and employment training programs in East Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Returning to Bluedrop in 2015, Meg initially served as a Program Director for Bluedrop Performance Learning Inc., the parent company of Bluedrop Training & Simulation Inc. and Bluedrop Learning Networks Inc. Meg then took on the role of Director of Learning Services, where they managed a team of instructional designers, courseware developers, and qc testers. Currently, Meg is the Vice President of Learning Services, overseeing the design and development of engaging eLearning content in partnership with clients and subject matter experts.

Meg Sulpher has a strong educational background in English. Meg completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at the University of Ottawa from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in English at the same university, completing it in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Meg also obtained a Certificate in Instructional Design and Development from Langevin Learning Services. The details regarding the start and end year for this certificate are not provided.

Meg has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Meg achieved this certification in October 2013.
