Stephanie Raina Norman is an experienced lead instructional designer at Bluedrop Training & Simulation. Stephanie Raina is also an independent affiliate at Mertailor LLC and a business owner, founder, and lead mermaid at Halifax Mermaids. As the president of Canadian Mermaids, Stephanie Raina runs a successful Youtube channel and performs and educates outside of the Maritime provinces. Stephanie has also worked as a clothing designer, owner/instructor at Halifax Mermaids Swim School, independent contractor at Scotian Wind Inc., convention/event organizer at NC Mermania, and instructional designer at CAE. With a background in education, Stephanie Raina holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching, and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Child and Youth.
