Kelly Newman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in emotional intelligence, executive coaching, and education. Currently serving as a BlueEQ™ Facilitator at BlueEQ since November 2016, Kelly specializes in emotional intelligence assessments and training designed to enhance organizational culture and performance. Previous roles include adjunct professor at Brigham Young University - Idaho from August 2013 to July 2023, where Kelly taught online religion classes to a global student body, and senior consultant at Morrell Consulting, overseeing business development and investment strategies from January 2011 to November 2016. Additionally, Kelly has experience as a religious instructor within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and began career activities in the mortgage industry as a loan officer. Educational credentials include a Master’s of Fine Arts in Religious Education from Brigham Young University, an MBA in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of General Studies in Management from Brigham Young University.
