Kelly Newman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in emotional intelligence, executive coaching, and education. Currently serving as a BlueEQ™ Facilitator at BlueEQ since November 2016, Kelly specializes in emotional intelligence assessments and training designed to enhance organizational culture and performance. Educational credentials include a Master’s of Fine Arts in Religious Education from Brigham Young University, an MBA in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of General Studies in Management from Brigham Young University.
