Amanda Press is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Bluefin Payment Systems since January 2025, where Amanda leads the global People strategy for a distributed workforce of 200 employees across multiple countries. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of Head of People & Culture at Papa, advising C-suite executives on organizational design and leading enterprise-wide restructuring initiatives. Amanda's previous experience includes serving as Director of People Business Partner at both Papa and Travelport, where collaboration with senior leadership on talent acquisition and global resourcing was pivotal. Amanda has also worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at MongoDB and as Human Resources Manager at Nexidia, highlighting a consistent focus on strategic people initiatives and change management throughout Amanda's career. Amanda earned a BA in Managerial Science with a concentration in Human Resources from Georgia State University.
