Alexander Xydas

Alexander Xydas has a diverse work experience across various industries. Alexander is currently working as the Co-Founder and COO of NXTLVL, a company they co-founded in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Founding Partner at Lateralus Ventures since 2021, where they were involved in identifying, launching, and scaling real businesses as part of a startup studio. Alexander also served as a Founding Investor at Paynest, a financial wellbeing company, which is part of the Lateralus Ventures family.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Alexander worked at blueflite (previously Flugauto) as an Advisor to the CEO and later became a Co-Founder of the company in 2018. Alexander also held the position of COO & Board Member at blueflite from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, Alexander worked as an Engagement Manager (External) at McKinsey & Company in 2020 and a Senior Associate at the same firm from 2016 to 2018.

In terms of their early career, Alexander worked as a Business Strategy & Sales Ops Associate at Google in 2015 and as a Business & Technology Consultant at IBM from 2012 to 2014. Alexander also gained valuable experience as the Deputy Venue Technology Manager at London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) during the 2012 Olympic Games.

Alexander Xydas earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sports Technology from Loughborough University in 2009. Alexander then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Design at the same institution from 2009 to 2010. In 2014, Alexander enrolled in the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. During their time at Kellogg, they focused their studies on Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Strategy, and Marketing.
