Nicholas Molina's work experience begins in 2007 at Belle Tire, where they worked as a Technician until 2010. Nicholas then joined General Motors as a Dynamometer Technician, operating development test cells and completing test plans requested by engineers. In 2012, they moved to IAV Automotive Engineering as a Dynamometer Technician, responsible for running day-to-day operations in the test cells, maintaining emissions equipment, and building test pallets. From 2017 to 2019, Nicholas worked at AVL as a Dynamometer Technician, where they utilized control software and testing components to develop non-typical platforms using high pressure superheated steam as a fuel source. Currently, they are employed at blueflite as a Prototype Lead, overseeing the manufacturing of development UAV platforms, designing new components using Fusion 360, and performing bench and flight testing.

Nicholas Molina obtained an Associate's degree in High Performance and Custom Engine Technician/Mechanic and Automotive Technician/Mechanic from the University of Northwestern Ohio. Nicholas completed this degree in 2009 after studying at the university from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Nicholas also obtained additional certifications such as AVL PUMA Training from AVL in May 2015 and AVL AMA i60 Maintenance from AVL in February 2014.
