Stephen Graham

Stephen Graham is a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach and the owner of The South Strength and Conditioning, where they blend traditional training methods with contemporary sports science. With prior experience as a Business Development Representative at SGS and an Outside Sales Representative at BFI Canada Inc., Stephen has demonstrated a commitment to business growth and client relationships. Their diverse background includes roles as a Science Teacher and ESL Teacher, showcasing their versatility and passion for education. Currently, Stephen also serves as the Stakeholder Manager for BlueFloat Energy while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University.
