Courtney Revilla, SHRM-CP, CWPC, currently serves as the People Operations Coordinator at BlueForge Alliance since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Wellness Coordinator and Staff Assistant III at the City of College Station, and Human Resources Coordinator at Messina Hof Winery and Resort. Courtney also worked as a Battle Red/Human Resources Assistant for the Houston Texans and as an Administrative Assistant/Curves Complete Coach at Curves. Additional experience includes a position as Graduate Teaching Assistant at Sam Houston State University, teaching various activity classes in the Department of Kinesiology. Courtney holds a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both from Sam Houston State University.
