Katelyn Brown

Katelyn Brown is an experienced professional in events and community engagement, currently serving as the Events and Engagement Lead at BlueForge Alliance since September 2023. Katelyn co-founded and hosts a podcast for The Gutsy Truth starting in August 2022. Prior roles include Community Engagement Manager at Destination Bryan from October 2020 to September 2023, Festival Director for the Texas Reds Steak & Grape Festival from January 2018 to October 2020, and Senior Events Coordinator at the Downtown Bryan Association from May 2017 to October 2020. Katelyn began a career in creative direction as the Creative Director at Whiz Kids Toys, where employment lasted from August 2013 to May 2016. Katelyn holds a degree in Vocal Performance, Music from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2013.
