Jenni Honkimaa

Jenni Honkimaa is an experienced HRD Specialist currently at Bluefors since October 2022, focusing on talent development processes and core competency identification to align individual potential with organizational goals. Prior to Bluefors, Jenni served as a Learning & Talent Development Specialist and Recruitment Specialist at Sweco, where responsibilities included training coordination, KPI implementation, employer branding, and enhancing candidate experience. Jenni's career encompasses various HR roles, including HR Specialist at OP Financial Group, Team Leader of Talent Acquisition at Management Events, and Consultant at Mercuri Urval. Jenni holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Helsinki, completed in 2013.
