Tracy Santos

Tracy Santos is currently the Workforce Manager at Bluegreen Vacations, where Tracy designs, develops, and executes support programs for multiple contact center clients. Prior to this, Tracy worked as a Program Director at ManpowerGroup managing programs with 3000 contractors and 22 onsite managers. Tracy also has experience as a Manager of Loan Consolidation and Vendor Manager at Sallie Mae, where Tracy oversaw activities of inbound and outbound sales departments. Earlier in their career, Tracy served as a Project Manager at Cingular, where Tracy was selected for multiple national program teams. Tracy studied at City College of San Francisco from 1984 to 1986.
