Jan Wijbrand Spin

Jan Wijbrand Spin currently serves as President of Americas at BlueGreen Water Technologies since September 2023 and has been a member of the Board at Austin Capital Bank since April 2014. Spin has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Managing Director positions at Spinterest Holdings LTD from January 2012 and HELM Proman Methanol AG from November 2020 to December 2022. From December 1999 to April 2021, Spin was President & CEO of Southern Chemical Corporation, and also held various roles such as Vice President and Director of Finance. Additional roles include Board Member at G2X Energy from April 2013 to September 2020 and Chairman of the Board at the Methanol Institute from January 2003 to January 2006. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business from the Kogod School of Business at American University, completed between 1992 and 1996, and high school honors from Cypress Creek.
