Guisela Flores

Guisela Flores currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience for the US at Blueground since March 2025. Prior to this role, Guisela held significant positions at Atento, starting as Business and Sales Manager for Central America and advancing to Client Services VP for the US and Nearshore from March 2023 to March 2025. Guisela's experience at Atento also includes serving as Sr Business Director and Business Director across the US, Nearshore, and Central America from 2012 to 2023. Academic credentials include an M.A. in International Relations with a minor in International Business from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, a Graduate Program in Management for International Business from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, and an MBA in International Business from Ajou University. Additional experience includes roles as a professor at Universidad del Istmo and Executive Coordinator at the Guatemala Exporters Association AGEXPORT, focusing on the Contact Center, BPO, and Digital Content industries.
