Marissa Bowman

Marissa Bowman is an experienced manufacturing engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at BlueHalo since December 2022, where the focus is on the maturation of manufacturing processes and standardization within design and production. Prior to this role, Marissa spent over a decade at Sandia National Laboratories, holding positions such as R&D Principal Systems Engineer, R&D Team Lead, and R&D Senior System Engineer, with key contributions including the operation of the shot director Z Machine and simulation of internal production environments. Marissa holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University.
