Meredith Bussey

Meredith Bussey currently serves as Senior Vice President of Contracts at both AV and BlueHalo, where responsibilities include managing various contract types such as CPFF, CPIF, and FFP, as well as overseeing proposals and contract negotiations from inception to closure. Prior experience includes a tenure at Raytheon as Manager of Program Contracts, handling DoD, DOE, and commercial contracts and assessing contractual obligations and risks. Earlier roles include Senior Contracts Administrator at Lennar, where contract and escrow coordination were key responsibilities, and Assistant Escrow Officer at US Title. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Law and Travel and Tourism from Loyola Marymount University.
