Victor Chen

Victor Chen is a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer currently working at BlueHalo in the RF-CUAS Division since November 2021, following the acquisition of Citadel Defense where Victor held the same title from March 2016 to November 2021, specializing in full-stack software architecture and microservices. Prior experience includes a role at UCLA as a Postdoctoral Researcher focusing on depression studies and technology integration from 2008 to October 2017, as well as significant contributions to energy monitoring systems and health technology. Additional roles span software engineering at BCG Digital Ventures for consumer health products and research positions at various institutes, culminating in a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Embedded Computing Systems from UCLA.
