Charles Blomquist has over 15 years of experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as an LII Technician at Bluehost.com since September 2008. In this role, Charles provides internal support and mentoring to technicians while addressing customer issues through phone and live chat, including supervising phone queues and deescalating situations. Prior to this position, Charles worked as an Internet Support Technician at Server Plus from August 2005 to September 2008, assisting customers with broadband and dial-up connection problems as well as email and billing support. Charles holds a diploma in General Education from Pleasant Grove High School, with prior education at American Fork High School.
