Karen Kelleher

Karen Kelleher has had an extensive career in the field of community development finance and affordable housing. Karen currently serves as the President of the Blue Hub Loan Fund at BlueHub Capital, a nonprofit organization focused on building healthy communities for low-income individuals. Previously, Karen held leadership roles at LISC Boston, MassHousing, The Community Builders, Inc., and Nixon Peabody, where Karen worked on affordable housing transactions and policy engagement. Karen's background also includes experience at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and as a teacher at Nativity Preparatory School. Karen holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College.
