Jason Williams began their professional career in 2011 as a Student Ambassador for Annual Giving at Suffolk University. In 2012, they were promoted to Student Ambassador & Lead Caller for Annual Giving, where they acted as a mentor to other Student Ambassadors. In 2013, they joined Blueleaf.com as an Intern, and was later promoted to Product Manager, Customer Service Manager & Business Analyst. In their role as Product Manager, they acted as the knowledge leader in the company, informing stakeholders about the product and market, discovering new problems to solve, and co-ordinating with engineering, design, UX and external teams. Jason also communicated with customers and partners and worked closely with the CEO, VP of Product and Director of Engineering to define the product roadmap.

Jason Williams obtained their International Baccalaureate Diploma from Chatsworth International School Singapore in 2011. Jason then attended Suffolk University from 2011 to 2014, graduating with a BSBA in Finance. In 2017, they obtained a Data Science certification from General Assembly and in 2018, they obtained a Product Management certification from General Assembly.
