Jim Guido

Jim Guido is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, project management, and consultancy. Currently serving as Senior Learning Program Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, Jim has successfully implemented a coaching initiative, facilitating over 8,200 professional coaching sessions. Previous roles include Project Manager at Anthem, Inc., where Jim led large-scale Medicaid and Medicare projects, and Manager of Learning & Development at Attendance on Demand, Inc., overseeing comprehensive learning strategies. Additional experience includes Program Manager positions at Xerox and Adayana, Inc., focusing on project management and client relations.
