David K. Milliken

David K. Milliken is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and management. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Blueline Simulations since July 2002, David has previously held senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Operations at Paradigm Learning from April 1999 to June 2002, National Director at Deloitte & Touche, LLP from 1997 to March 1999, and Eastern Business Unit Leader at Development Dimensions International from August 1988 to December 1996. David K. Milliken earned an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University, where studies were completed from 1985 to 1988, and attended Shady Side Academy from 1981 to 1984.
