Kelli Lapp is a compliance professional with extensive experience in trade and supply chain compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Dorfman Milano since July 2020, Kelli previously held the role of Customs Compliance Manager at Floor & Decor from June 2018 to October 2019, where responsibilities included ensuring trade compliance for a $2B international supply chain. Prior to this, Kelli worked at Cabela's for a decade, initially as the Supply Chain Compliance Senior Manager, overseeing compliance for a $5B international supply chain, and later as the Social Compliance Manager. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Chadron State College.
