Efe Dogan

Efe Dogan is a Senior Data Scientist and AI Developer currently working at Bluenet since January 2025. Previously, Efe held the position of Senior Data Scientist and Consultant at Lumnion from September 2017 to February 2025. Efe's expertise includes customer segmentation, having successfully completed projects for Eureko Sigorta and Aksigorta, where advanced methodologies such as unsupervised clustering algorithms and Python were employed to analyze individual and commercial customer data. Additionally, Efe worked with Akbank on organized employee fraud detection using graph theory and machine learning techniques. Efe holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from Penn State University.
