Eliott Nouaille

Eliott Nouaille is a Consultant at bluenove. Eliott has also worked as a Consultant éthique appliquée at Certideal, a startup FT120 of the circular economy that reconditions smartphones. Eliott's responsibilities included initiating partnerships with associations, NGOs and conceiving joint actions that promote the circular economy. Eliott was also responsible for the editorial strategy of the Blog and media training of the CEO.

Previously, they worked as a Chargé de mission at Devoteam Management Consulting where they conducted a philosophical investigation into the question of the place of humanities in Change Management. Eliott conducted twenty interviews with actors in change management (consultants, academics, employee unionists). Based on these interviews, they wrote a report of recommendations for a more ethical conduct of Change Management for the Devoteam group.
