Philomène Crété

Philomène Crété is a consultant at bluenove and a writer. Philomène has also worked as a sport advisor and DEI leader at Decathlon France and as a diversity and inclusion leader at TROUBLE MAKERS. Philomène is passionate about building DE&I strategies and promoting inclusive practices. Philomène has designed and developed diversity and inclusion strategies for three countries, facilitated workshops on deconstructing biases and womxn-only workshops on impostor syndrome and social conditioning. Philomène has also provided trainings on violence against womxn and sexual abuse in the workplace.

Philomène Crété has a Master's degree in Sciences Politiques from Université Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I), a Master's degree in Marketing Communication Management from ISCOM, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Université Paris Sorbonne (Paris IV) / Sorbonne University. Philomène also has a Certification from ESSEC Business School in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace and a Certification from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX in Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles.
