Jonathan Ehrenfeld

Jonathan Ehrenfeld has extensive work experience in various industries. Jonathan is currently an Official Member of the Baltimore Business Journal Leadership Trust. In 2004, they founded Blue Ocean, a real estate investment and management company with a diverse portfolio valued at approximately $450 million. Jonathan is also a Managing Member of SPIRE Academy, a sports complex and educational facility. Additionally, they serve as a Partner at Steinberg Sports & Entertainment, representing NFL players, and is a Managing Member of DoubleTree by Hilton, overseeing a renovation and expansion project. Jonathan Ehrenfeld has also founded and managed Northwest Refuse, a waste management company, and Atlantic Mechanical, a plumbing service provider. Jonathan is a Managing Member of Ace Environmental Holdings, offering environmental services, and has partnered with Innovative Environmental Technologies, focusing on remediation solutions. Furthermore, they have held a position on the Board of Directors for The Maryland Multi-Housing Association since 2013.
