Victor Dellovo

Victor Dellovo is the current CEO at CSPi, and they have been with the company since July 2003. Victor has served as the President of International Operations since July 2012 and has been responsible for the company's operations in the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Victor has also been responsible for driving more than $90 million in sales per year.

Some of Dellovo's notable accomplishments include overseeing pre and post merger acquisition activities, successfully integrating R2 solutions (a Miami-based IT solutions and managed services provider), growing the business from annual sales of $14 million to more than $50 million in the United States, assembling and coaching a world-class sales team, introducing job embedded incentive programs, leading Modcomp to occupy a unique market position, and shifting the company's core business functions.

Dellovo has also been responsible for upgrading and building a customized accounting system using Great Plains accounting solutions, positioning Modcomp as a leading partner with a brand associated with excellence, overseeing the successful implementation of processes and ensuring SOX compliance, and strengthening the company's infrastructure and internal controls.

Victor Dellovo earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
