Alexis Panzer is a seasoned Technical Program Manager and Scrum Master with extensive experience in managing complex projects and driving operational improvements. Currently at BlueOwl, LLC, since February 2019, Alexis leads a growth team focused on market expansion and successfully program-managed an insurance software rewrite, significantly enhancing customer service efficiency. Previously, at FIS, as a Senior Program Manager, Alexis managed large maintenance releases, restructured team operations, and achieved budget savings. Additional roles include Integrated Program Manager at UBM Electronics, where numerous award-winning projects were overseen, and various project management positions in earlier career stages. Alexis holds a B.A. in Global Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and completed professional development in Project Management at SF State.
