Previous positions include Head of Research & Customer Insights at Citizens Bank and leading customer experience efforts for Apple Stores globally. Andrew's expertise encompasses market research, customer and employee insights, and analytics, with additional experience in high-level roles at organizations such as Western Union, Edelman Data & Intelligence, and Nielsen Mobile. Andrew holds a BBA in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and has completed additional training at the Burke Institute.
