Sophie de Blauwe

Sophie de Blauwe is a seasoned legal recruitment professional currently serving as Director of the Partner team at Bluepeak Search & Consulting since April 2025. Prior to this role, Sophie spent over a decade at Taylor Root, where positions included Executive Director and Head of the Partner Team in London, as well as Director roles focusing on Law Firms and Private Practice in South East Asia.
