Billy Parker

Billy Parker has an extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Billy started their career in 2003 at Lumen Technologies (formerly Level 3 Communications), where they held various roles, including Vice President of Inside Sales and Vice President of Enterprise Segment Strategy. During their time as Vice President of Inside Sales, Billy focused on improving the customer experience and revenue retention for SMB customers. In their role as Vice President of Enterprise Segment Strategy, they led strategic initiatives for the Enterprise, Content, and Government segments, contributing over $500M in annual revenue. Billy also served as the Director of Government Solutions Sales, overseeing sales and marketing activities for the Government vertical. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Business & Connected Properties at Bluepeak since 2022.

Billy Parker earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Oklahoma State University in the years 1986-1990.
