Dani Bolte

Dani Bolte has extensive experience in technical and customer service roles, primarily in the telecommunications industry. Since January 2014, Dani has worked at Bluepeak, progressing through positions such as Business NOC Services Technician, Vast Service Delivery Technician, Switch Technician, and Network Operations Center Technician. Prior to Bluepeak, Dani served as Customer Service Team Lead at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone from January 2012 to December 2013, and held multiple roles at Knology Broadband Inc, including Dispatcher II and Customer Service from December 2008 to December 2012. Dani's career began in customer service and floral design at various companies, including Lodgenet Inc. and Hancock Fabrics, following the attainment of a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from South Dakota State University in May 1991.
