Elaine Laffitte

Elaine Laffitte has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager of P&O Systems at BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital since July 2014. In this role, Elaine has also taken on responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Team Lead and previously worked as HR Coordinator and Coordinator of Human Resources. Prior to joining BluePearl, Elaine worked at Bank of America from October 2003 to May 2015, holding the position of Fulfillment Team Leader. Elaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, which was completed between 2000 and 2004.
