Haoqian Zhang

Co-Founder and CEO at Bluepha

Haoqian Zhang began their work experience in 2008, as a member of the iGEM 2009 team at Peking University. Haoqian later became the team leader of the iGEM 2010 team and achieved several awards and accomplishments. In 2011, they joined Peking University as a Graduate Research Assistant, where they worked until 2016. During this time, they also served as a mentor and instructor for various iGEM teams. In 2011, they were a Visiting Scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2016, Haoqian Zhang co-founded Bluepha and currently serves as the CEO.

Haoqian Zhang attended Peking University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences. Haoqian then pursued further education at Peking University from 2012 to 2016, earning a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Integrated Life Science (Physics).
