Anicet Blanch

Co-founder and Scientific Advisor at Bluephage

Anicet Blanch has had a long and successful career in science. Anicet started as a Ph.D. student at the Leetown Science Center. USGS in 1986 and then moved on to become a Lecturer at the Universitat de Barcelona in 1988. In 1990, they became a Scientist at the CONSEJO SUPERIOR DE INVESTIGACIONES CIENTÍFICAS, and in 1991 they were appointed Professor at the University of Barcelona. In 2017, they co-founded BLUEPHAGE, S.L. and took on the role of Scientific Advisor.

Anicet Blanch obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biology from the Universitat de Barcelona between 1985 and 1988. Anicet is also a Member number 21062-C of the College of Biologists of Catalonia (CBC).
