Nick Ball has extensive experience in IT and application support, currently serving as a Senior Application Specialist at Ricoh USA, Inc. since April 2016, focusing on application support for enterprise environments. Concurrently, Nick has been working as an IT Specialist at Blueport Wireless since June 2015, managing desktop and server maintenance along with firewall and hardware configurations. Prior experience includes a role as a Technology Services Engineer at Ricoh Business Solutions from October 2007 to June 2015, where responsibilities included providing IT services and implementing advanced scanning and document management solutions. Nick holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, earned between 1988 and 1990.
