Rusty Patriquin has accumulated extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Secretary on the Blueprint Board of Directors and holding positions such as Senior Associate in Strategy & Operations, People & Culture Associate, and Office Manager at Blueprint since February 2018. Prior experience includes working as an Office Services Clerk at McCann Canada from July 2015 to February 2018, an Administrative Assistant at Peapell & Associates/Supertemp from August 2013 to May 2014, and an Administrative Assistant/Sales Team Leader at Square One Marketing Group from May 2010 to April 2012. Rusty obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Concordia University, with education also at York University.

It partners with foundations and non-profit organizations, federal, provincial, and local governments, and socially conscious businesses that want to make a difference.It was established in Toronto, Ontario in 2017.
