Kees Nijenhuis has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and operations industry. In 2006 and 2008, they completed internships at MPS Systems B.V. In 2009, they joined MPS Systems B.V. full-time as a Management Trainee, responsible for various operational tasks. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Operations Manager at MPS Systems B.V., overseeing planning, purchasing, logistics, quality control, assembly, commissioning, and reception. In 2014, they were promoted to Vice President North America, responsible for sales, marketing, customer service, and operations in North and Central America. In 2018, they moved to BluePrint Automation (BPA) as the Director of Operations & Service, managing purchasing, logistics, quality, planning, production, assembly, testing, installations, and after-sales services.
Kees Nijenhuis completed their VWO degree at Ludger College, from 1998 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) from 2004 to 2008. Later, they attended Radboud University and earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy from 2007 to 2009.
