Caleb Walters is an experienced professional in the real estate and construction industries, currently serving as Managing Director of Acquisitions & Underwriting at Blueprint Capital since July 2017, while also managing their own business at D&C Homes. Prior roles include positions at Tres Aguiles focused on real estate and private equity acquisitions, and serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Real Estate Development at Mars Hill Church, overseeing various aspects of property and development for the organization. Caleb founded the nonprofit NightSong to support sustainable growth in developing countries and has contributed as a consultant for various organizations. Education includes an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Texas Christian University, a Real Estate Brokerage License from Rockwell Institute, and a BA in Communication from Wheaton College.
