Lucas Deherrera

Lucas DeHerrera is a seasoned professional in land use and entitlements, currently serving as the Managing Director at Blueprint Capital since April 2023. Previously, Lucas held the position of Feasibility and Permitting Manager at Blueprint Capital Services, LLC from March 2015 to October 2023, and worked as a Land Use Planner for the City of Seattle from September 2003 to March 2015. Early in the career, Lucas coordinated permits at VoiceStream from January 2001 to April 2002, focusing on securing NEPA reports for Master Use Permits for cell sites. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning and Sociology from the University of Washington, earned between 2000 and 2003.
