Andrew Sfreddo

Andrew Sfreddo has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and real estate investment sectors. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at Marcus & Millichap Commercial Real Estate Investment Services, starting as a Junior Investment Analyst and progressing to Senior Analyst. Andrew then joined Aviv REIT, Inc. in 2012, where they served as an Investment & Financial Analyst until 2014 and then as an Associate Director of Acquisitions until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Associate Director of Acquisitions at Omega Healthcare Investors. In 2016, they became a Partner at Birchwood Healthcare Partners, where they served until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Behavioral Healthcare at Blueprint, starting in July 2022. In 2019, they also participated in the Future Leaders Council at the National Investment Center for Senior Housing and Care.

From 2002 to 2006, Andrew Sfreddo attended Miami University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in the Richard T. Farmer School of Business.
