Michael Fernandes serves as the Managing Director and Co-Founder of BluePrint Nursing and BluePrint Medical, with both roles commencing in April 2023 and April 2019, respectively. BluePrint Medical specializes in collaborating with specialist doctors to secure long-term locum, contract, and permanent appointments, operating on foundational principles that include extensive experience. Additionally, Michael holds the position of AMRANZ Council Member for the Association of Medical Recruiters Australia New Zealand, an organization committed to ethical practices in medical recruitment. Prior experience includes various managerial and senior recruitment roles at Global Medics from January 2011 to March 2019, focusing on Obstetrics and Gynaecology as well as broader medical recruitment. Michael Fernandes obtained a 2:1 degree in American Studies (BA Hons) from the University of Portsmouth, after attending Dr Challoner's Grammar School and John Hampden Grammar School.
