Sean Flanagan

Sean Flanagan has had an extensive career in the pharmaceutical industry. Sean began their career in 1998 at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where they held various roles, including Ophthalmology Sales Specialist and National Account Manager. Sean then became the Area Director for Ophthalmology and later the Senior Area Sales Manager for Hematology.

In 2012, Flanagan joined Algeta ASA as the Regional Sales Manager before moving on to Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2014. At Alexion Pharmaceuticals, they served as the Regional Sales Director and later became the Executive Director and Head of U.S. Sales for the Metabolic Disorders Business Unit.

Flanagan's most recent position was at Blueprint Medicines, where they held the title of Vice President of Sales starting in April 2019.

Sean Flanagan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1994.
