Wendy Gustafson

Wendy Gustafson has a extensive work experience in the field of drug safety and pharmacovigilance operations. Wendy is currently serving as the Senior Director of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance Operations at Blueprint Medicines since January 2021. Prior to that, Wendy has held various roles in different companies including Director of Pharmacovigilance at Corbus Pharmaceuticals in 2020, Associate Director of PV Operations at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. from 2018 to 2020, Manager of PV Clinical Operations at PRA Health Sciences from 2016 to 2018, and Senior Clinical Safety Pharmacovigilance Operations Manager at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from 2014 to 2016. Wendy has also worked at Cubist Pharmaceuticals, EMD Serono, Serono Inc., Pharmacia/Pfizer, and Pharmacia and Upjohn in different drug safety and pharmacovigilance positions.

Wendy Gustafson attended Western Michigan University from 1990 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Biomedical Science with a minor in Chemistry. In 1998 to 1999, they also attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Additionally, Wendy pursued further education at Harvard University Extension School in 2013, focusing on Management. In the same year, they also enrolled at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree.
